At Young Barnet Foundation, we’re always incredibly grateful for the support of partners and local businesses who believe in the work we do to support children and young people across Barnet.
Recently, our team received a very special delivery from Fifth Column Shirts, who generously donated a set of branded T-shirts and hoodies for the YBF team.
The new T-shirts and hoodies will be worn by the team at upcoming events and community activities, helping us represent Young Barnet Foundation proudly while connecting with partners, members and residents across the borough. Having a shared team look also helps strengthen our identity when we’re out in the community supporting projects and initiatives that benefit local children and young people.
We’re also incredibly grateful that the team at Fifth Column Shirts went one step further and provided an exclusive discount code for the YBF network.
Members of our network can receive 10% off by quoting the code:

It’s fantastic to work with organisations that not only support us directly but also extend that generosity to the wider voluntary and community sector.
A huge thank you again to the team at Fifth Column or their kindness and support. Partnerships like this make a real difference to small charities like ours and help us continue building a stronger, more connected community across Barnet.

That's such a nice gesture from Fifth Column Shirts to support the Young Barnet Foundation with branded gear for the team. Having a cohesive look really helps when you're out in the community connecting with people. On a different note, a family member of mine runs a small business and deals with vehicle rentals for deliveries. He was having trouble getting through to support recently and I ended up searching online for the Ryder customer service number to help him out. He mentioned the reviews there were useful to see how others handled similar issues.
This was such a nice update to read, it feels really good to see organisations supporting each other because small gestures like this make a big difference in community work, and it’s clear that the Young Barnet Foundation team was genuinely pleased with the delivery from Fifth Column; seeing things like food boxes or supplies handed over makes you remember that community projects aren’t just about plans on paper but about real people helping real people, and that kind of support helps keep morale strong when the work can be tough sometimes. I also liked how the post showed a bit of personality and gratitude without being too formal, it felt honest and easy to follow, and you can tell…
