Salary: £29,000 Pro Rata (£17,400 per annum)
Vacancy Type: 12-month fixed term contract (With potential extension subject to funding)

The Role
The Foundation is looking for a Data & Impact Officer to focus presenting and reporting on the essential work and impact the foundation engages with the community in the borough of Barnet.
The role will look to build upon the current success of the position bringing new and fresh ideas on how to collect, analyse and utilise the data to report back to funders, the community and strategic partners.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a strand of work where you will have the autonomy and support to build the role in a way that best meets the needs of children and young people across Barnet.

Member Development Officer (Role will Lead on Holiday Activity Fund Delivery)
Location: YBF Office, East Barnet / Homeworking
Salary: £27,000 Depending on Experience
Vacancy Type: 12-month fixed term contract (With potential extension subject to funding)
Hours: Full time/part time/job-share, 35 hours per week (Plus statutory breaks)

The Role
As part of the Member Development Team (MDT) you will be working closely with the Head of Community Services and other staff members to help support and develop our members across Barnet, individually and collectively.
This role will focus on the project management of the HAF project in partnership with Barnet Council's HAF delivery team, known locally as BACE Holidays.
The successful candidate will take responsibility and manage all aspects of the HAF with support from the Head of Community Services.
Alongside delivery of the HAF project, you will be responsible for delivering parts of the core member offer and to identify solutions and development opportunities for the membership.
YBF have identified a number of digital tools that will assist the membership and as part of the team you will be expected to promote and develop the use of these by the members.
To support and implement strategies to achieve sustainable, long-term contract-winning and other income generation for the children and young people sector in Barnet.
