We believe that developing a strong market position for the Young Barnet Foundation is key to the future sustainability of the children and young people’s voluntary and community sector within Barnet.
Give a man and fish and you will satisfy his immediate hunger but give him the tools and teach him to fish, then that will impact his whole family, but help the community to establish a sustainable social enterprise - then the whole community reaps the benefits.
We do not want a fish – we want the support and commitment of partners through the Strategic Development group, so that the Young Barnet Foundation can be all that it can be, ensuring that going forward every child in Barnet is given the best opportunities available to achieve the best possible life chance.
